* Do not apply sanitizers or disinfectants on surface 6 hours before or after treatment with Pet Odor & Stain Elminator.

Stains and Odors
Premix Unique Pet Odor & Stain Eliminator 5 to 10 cups of warm water with 1 cup Pet Odor & Stain Eliminator in large container. Pour over odor or stain area. Let soak into carpet and pad to sub floor then cover with damp white cotton cloth. The area may need to be kept damp for several hours depending on the amount of odor in the area. You may get a heavy ammonia smell if there is a lot of urine. If this happens, repeat the process once or twice every twelve hours until odor is gone. Do not let dry until odor is gone. Do not mix more than you will use in seven days or the bacteria will go dormant and will not work.



Carpet Extractors
Put only hot water in the extractor and pull out as much of the stain as possible. Then fill the extractor again with very warm water and 4 oz. of Unique Pet Odor & Stain Eliminator for each gallon of water. Do not pull out all of the water from the carpet. Leave the carpet damp and put damp towels over the areas where there is odor. Leave towels overnight then remove and let area dry naturally.



Laundry
Pour Unique Pet Odor & Stain Eliminator full strength directly on stains. Put garments into a pan of very warm water. Soak several hours then wash normally in washing machine.



Mattress
Premix 1 cup Unique Pet Odor & Stain Eliminator with 5 cups very warm water. Apply enough to soak into the mattress as far down as the urine, blood or organic material soaked. Cover with damp towel and keep damp several hours until odor and stain are gone.



Skunk Odors
Premix 1 cup Unique Pet Odor & Stain Eliminator with 2 cups warm water. Sponge on animal. Keep on pet for 15 to 20 minutes or until odor is gone. For skunk odors under house - Mix 1 cup Unique Pet Odor & Stain Eliminator with 10 cups warm water in garden sprayer and spray area liberally.
